KAP Minerals Inc. is a Canadian critical minerals and agricultural solutions company headquartered in Kapuskasing, Ontario. The company is redeveloping the former Agrium phosphate mine into a multi-product resource hub, producing KAP-Phos, a high-grade, ultra-low-cadmium rock phosphate for conventional, regenerative, and organic agriculture. In addition to phosphate, KAP Minerals is advancing the development of rare earth elements, scandium, niobium, tantalum, and other critical minerals that support clean energy, advanced manufacturing, aerospace, and defence industries.
