About Kapuskasing BIA - Circle Town Square
“Circle Town Square” is the initiative of the Kapuskasing Business Improvement Area (BIA) aimed at revitalizing the downtown by promoting the area known as “The Circle.” The BIA works to strengthen the local identity, attract more visitors, and encourage local commerce through urban improvements: street furnishings, signage, landscaping, events, and promotional campaigns. The goal is to make this zone a welcoming place where people can gather, shop, dine, and enjoy a lively space, while showcasing downtown businesses.
