About North East Association for Community Living (NEACL)
NEACL is a community-based, non-profit organization that supports people with intellectual disabilities and their families across Cochrane District. It provides supported independent living, daily living skills development, supported employment, respite for caregivers, and community inclusion programs, using individualized plans to promote autonomy and social participation. Service access is coordinated through Developmental Services Ontario (DSO), and eligible programs are delivered at no cost to clients.
