About Off the Stem
Off the Stem is Kapuskasing’s first legal cannabis dispensary in Ontario. The business is locally owned by Luc and Julie Dinnissen, lifelong community members. They offer a variety of cannabis products — flowers (sativa, indica), pre-rolls, concentrates, edibles, etc. Off the Stem strives to provide a welcoming, safe, and informative environment for all customers, whether new to cannabis or experienced.
