About Reflexion Wellnes Services
Reflexion Wellness Services (formerly Hearst-Kapuskasing-Smooth Rock Falls Counselling Services) is a bilingual community organization focused on mental health and social support in Northern Ontario. It provides a range of programs and support services: individual counselling, crisis intervention, services for victims of violence, senior support programs, liaison services, independent living support, and community mental health initiatives. The organization serves the communities of Hearst, Kapuskasing, and Smooth Rock Falls, and employs over 60 staff. It emphasizes accessible, inclusive, and locally relevant services.
