About Hearst BIA

The Hearst BIA (Business Improvement Area of Hearst) is a local association of downtown businesses and services. Its purpose is to revitalize the central commercial district through marketing initiatives, streetscape enhancements, community events, and promotion of local enterprises. Over 80 shops and services belong to the downtown corridor under the Hearst BIA, offering a variety of retail, restaurants, and cultural facilities. The BIA works in cooperation with the municipality to provide free parking on certain evenings and organize events such as the “Holiday Village.”
